First day in London, just wanted to visit some bar around my hotel. Worked and visited in hundreds bars and clubs because of job.(Bartender )Rude and sarcastic security told me to leave the place because I was single, treated like criminal instead of explain.

Absolutely horrible bouncers. Mindless, uncultured bullies on a power trip. Accidentally left my jacket inside in the coat check and would not be let back in to retrieve it. Subsequently got called a liar for it. Uses absolutely flammable language. Got told to come back 2 times before I gave up. No replies to emails or calls.

Just taking the mick. Security guard told me and my mates it was free to enter and stamped our hands, then his colleague made us pay a £15 cover charge to get in. Drink prices are £2-3 higher than what they say they are. Avoid unless you want to pay the same prices you'd pay at Ministry for a much worse experience

Really should do something about their staff at the entry, guards, etc. They treat people terrible, 10 mins after we asked how much it costed to go in they doubled the price literally from 10 to 20, then screamed at us for not moving along when it was a 10 second conversation. Awful, nasty people at the entrance.

Hi, all the clubs were being fussy on vday. Even heaven. Zoo bar made me and my mates night. Nice entry fee. I am so happy. I can't wait to see their lovely staff again. Thank you so much for the host who had an open mind asked where i wanted to club n the security staff are so nice. I love this place. They treated you like human. Keep it that way i cant wait to come back to party. :) . This place is worth every penny.

Got accused for no reason while I was walking through. Waitress did not even consider other perpetrators. Got removed from club for no reason.

Visited after many years with colleagues with a memory of this being one of the most prominent and busiest clubs. The only good service was sadly provided by the security guys. From there, it was one disappointment after another.
The premises are clearly not well looked after. It was a quiet Monday night just before midnight. We ordered a few drinks, including two espresso martinis, the bartender made pornstar martinis and argued that it was what we ordered, did not offer a remake and did not care that it wasn't what we wanted. Disgusted by his approach, we took them, although none of us really like the cocktail as it's just too fruity, which is why we would never order it.
Since we were already there and paid for the entry, we stayed and tried to have at least some fun, so we sat at a table with chairs which were wobbly and felt as if they were just about to fall apart and then we danced a little for 90s' and 00' mixed classics probably the only highlight.
Unfortunately, after the encounter with the first bartender, we only ordered a couple of few beers and then jagerbombs from the hostess and moved on to somewhere more reputable.
I don't think any of us will return nor recommend Zoo bar.
